With an illustrious 22-year career in financial advisory and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals, Srini’s leadership has shaped MENSA Investments.
Boasting over 18 years of residency in the UAE, Srini possesses a profound understanding of the financial and cultural nuances of the Middle East. Having held the position of Director at UBS AG, in addition to key leadership roles at global private banks such as ICICI Bank, Citibank, N.A., Standard Chartered Bank and Mashreq Private Bank, Srini brings unparalleled expertise to the firm.
Throughout his private banking journey, Srini has earned numerous awards, a testament to his exceptional skills. Backed by a Master’s in Science in Information & Technology, Srini combines extensive financial acumen with advanced entrepreneurial skills, showcasing the depth and breadth of his knowledge and capabilities.
Sreevatsan Giridharan

As the COO at Mensa, Sree oversees operational excellence and strategic initiatives. Sree has accumulated an impressive 18 years of wealth management and private banking experience within the UAE market since November 2005. Throughout his career, he has held key positions at ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and HSBC, including leadership expertise. Notably, Sree’s tenure as a Private Banker at Emirates NBD Private Bank has fortified his understanding of the region’s nuances. Armed with an MBA from MDIS Singapore, a Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance & Risk Management, and numerous certifications in wealth management and financial planning, Sree is well-prepared to thrive in the ever-evolving landscape of wealth management and private banking in the UAE.

Wesam is the Head of Investment Advisory at Mensa, boasting a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years. His extensive background includes key roles such as Chief Dealer/Treasury Manager at Jordan Ahli Bank and Senior Investment Advisor positions at Mashreq Private Bank and Bank of Singapore. With his profound expertise, market knowledge, and established client relationships, Wesam is instrumental in providing invaluable insights and strategic guidance to our team and clients alike.
